Please read!!! • 05/09/2011
For a REALLY short version of the wall of text below: click here. I will update that second website with pages that are completely unrelated to RT while working on a buffer to resurrect this comic.
For the long version, which you all DESERVE, I will try and explain a few things.
I myself tend to obsess over things and check websites that aren't updated in years from time to time (mostly because I have NO IDEA of how feeds works. Really.) and I'm hoping some of you are the same as me, so you can read and know I'm not MIA.
I know I've neglected this comic for way too long. I know of people who can update with 6 pages a week while working and living and do whatever they like. I honestly can't. You have no idea how jealous I am of these people.
During all this time I've lost all of my jobs mostly because of an unbelieveable bad-luck-spree. My cintiq died, my secondary tablet died (well, it can barely work, my pen is covered with ducktape. Not kidding here), my main pc died, my notebook doesn't work that well and I couldn't even access most of the IMs or even Websites. Eck, even RT was blocked for quite a while and I had no idea the domain was expired. To say the least, I could not access my facebook account. Which is like crazy since looks like every other facebook account can log in from here. Even my television is broken and I had to buy like three cellphones during this year and all of the three died in like three months each. This last bit of info is pretty useless to you because it has nothing to do with the webcomic, but it was still part of my bad-luck-spree, so I had to insert it in here as well.
Where was I? Oh right, bad luck which resulted in loss of job. Nice.
Add the fact that I'm building lots of debts because of the school I'm attending* which is insanely expensive and time consuming. Add that I had lots of personal issues, like bad health (mine and family) things that I absolutely need to solve/fix, low self-esteem related to art and comic-ing--summ everything up: this resulted in an almost neverending hiatus with not a single goodbye letter.
Since RT is my precious, I WANT to get back to it. I am working on buffer pages but I won't just say "wait for me, one day I will be back", I'm leaving you with something real this time.
I've put online a website with most of the comic pages I had to do as assignments for school. It's mostly spare pages with no continuity except for a couple of short-stories and a 10-pages-long story. It's basically an archive, so you don't have to fear for delays and hiatuses. It will update twice a week (Monday and Thursdays just like RT used to), so you will have something to check while I work on the buffer pages for RT :) I have quite a lot "filler" pages but I will try and suspend them (obviously I won't if we'll be in the middle of the story comics) as long as I feel I have enough enough stuff for this main comic to resume and save the rest as backup plan if I run out of buffer ever again. Or I could leave both websites on until I run out of filler pages and have a four days a week updates total; let me know which option you'd like best.
And yes, my idea was to coming back to twice a week updates for RT. That'd be really nice, right?
Once again, if you haven't found the "hidden" links into this post, you can check Misfits clicking here and if you STILL can't find the link I'll be kind enough to spam it again for you. Here you go.

If you want to discuss about this post or be mad at me for vanishing out of thin air, you can send me an email at asukasoryu★gmail.com (I don't need to tell you that you have to put @ instead of the little star, right?) or write on the forums for that matter. I always appreciate not feeling like I'm talking to the wind :)
I am sorry for the huge hiatus, but I'm glad I'm back. So please be happy! Or Mad, but then be happy! Okie?
*I've been attending a three years course at a famous Comic Accademy. I think it helped me A LOT with lots of issues, and sure I still have room for improvement but I managed to actually understand lots of mistakes that I wasn't able to see before. And I managed to get ahold of perspective and anatomy.

Auction time! • 21/11/2009
Hi people. Things are going great lately. I'm attending a comic school and being that one of my childhood dreams you can easily imagine how high can I be these days. I'm learning lots of cool stuff and I'd talk for hours about that but I don't think that's what this space is meant for. Okay. That's the second column. That means it's about advertising something.
The school I mentioned earlier has really really high prices, and I'm paying it with money I gained working, with my family help and so on. I'm quite sure I can do it somehow with the monthly fees. The things that really bothers me is that...well. We have to pay for sheets, pencils, dvds and sometimes I'm even supposed to eat.
I've appreciated your donations so far, and I'm really really glad I had such a thight and friendly fanbase (can I call you like that? XD; are you a fanbase? Or just readers? Well, I don't know..) but I don't think I'll be able to do any more wallpapers any time soon. If you want to donate it would be just to help me at this time.
I tend to spend a lot of time and effort on wallpapers and the time I put on those..is time I subtract to the pages. And that, right now, can't happen!
I'll leave the donate button just in case you want to help, but I won't blame you if you don't. I will thank you if you do, though XD; *coughs* Well anyway.
I KNOW I'M SAYING EVERYTHING EXCEPT WHAT I HAD TO SAY, but I'm getting to a point here.
I bought some ACEO paper this summer. Since they're quicker to do than a simple wallpaper, and one of a kind, I thought to auction them. I'm starting with two pieces. I myself tend to LOVE this kind of stuff, so I wanted to give it a try and see if someone was interested at least a little bit :D
As I've already said, they're one of a kind, I can sign them if you want, or just leave them as they are. It's your choice in case you're going to win the auction!
If this thing goes well I could consider selling more of these (which are really fun to do, too!) and maybe selling the original piece of the Halloween pic for this year. If I ever return to doing backgrounds I will most likely draw them on paper so I could auction them!
A small preview of the cards can be seen in the header of this news.
And now, enough with the chatting. I'll leave you the two links. Have a nice auction :D
